How do we get to Newport Beach

We are staying in Anaheim for 4 nights. As well as DL we would like to go to Newport Beach for a day. My daughter loves The O.

C As we are from Australia we do not feel comfortable hiring a car. Is there any easy way of getting there by public transport or is there a tour that takes in all the main tourist attrations.

1) Car Service or Taxi service: About $55 each way from Anaheim (surfcitylimo.com). Door-to-door, spend as much time down there as you wish, get pick-up in afternoon. $110 RT.

2) Tour Group: Pay about $200 for your group and go as part of a tour group see other venues. (Greyline.com)

3) Auto Hire: About $50 per day and grab a map. (rentalcars.com)

4) OCTA Bus: Takes 2-2.5 hours to get down there but is a relative bargain at $3.00 PP per day %26amp; $1.00 for seniors. (OCTA.net)
