have itinerary...help needed with order

Ok... so by ';itinerary'; I really meant ';list of things I want to cram in.'; I would really appreciate help on the most efficient order to do these things %26amp; best way to get there (no car). Thanks to this forum and the LEs I have lots of ideas, but unfortunately no sense of direction.

Tues.:

Plane lands at 10 am @ SFO. Will take shared shuttle to hotel (Mark Hopkins).

- Change and freshen up at hotel

- Quick lunch (?)

- Alcatraz (little worried about time here...could I make the 1:15 tour, or would I be better off with the 2:15?)

- Boudin

Wed:

- Ferry Building

- Peet%26#39;s

- Event from noon onward.

I would also like to go to Good Bye%26#39;s (3483 Sacramento St), Loehmann%26#39;s (Kearny %26amp; Sutter St.), RAGS (541 Octavia St.) but I%26#39;m not sure how to work these in. Any help would be great. Thanks so much!

If all goes right, you could make the 1:15 - however, I%26#39;d opt for a little more lesiurely and just go with the 2:15. You%26#39;d return from Alcatraz for dinner at Boudin%26#39;s (a quick walk from your boat...and given the walking on Alcatraz and difference in time zone, you%26#39;ll be at Boudin%26#39;s at a perfect time.

Peets - Start out the day around 8:00; see Ferry Building; and then do some shoppng before you go on to your event.

I%26#39;d go with the 2:15 tour. You could make the 1:15, however, I personally just wouldn%26#39;t want to have to rush at all.

For lunch, what are you thinking you want? If you want fabulous, fresh seafood, head over to Polk Street to Swan Oyster Depot for fresh crab, oysters and excellent chowder. It may not be the best option if you%26#39;re doing Boudins later though.

Another option would be to grab a bite in Chinatown.

Food recs really depend on what you have in mind.

For Wed. start the day at Peet%26#39;s with a nice cup of coffee or some tea, then go explore the Ferry Building.

If you are arriving this Tues, i hope you already have your Alcatraz tickets.... don%26#39;t wait until you get here to reserve them.
