Hi All! I%26#39;m planning to take my mom to this restaurant for her 70th birthday dinner tomorrow as she has always wanted to eat French cuisine (and it is close by and not extremely expensive). I%26#39;ve read some older, mixed reviews but wanted to know if anyone out there could offer some recent personal experience. Appreciate the input!
Cafe Bizou in Sherman Oaks
I ate there last year during a visit to L.A., and it was very pleasant. It has a good atmosphere (and is always busy), good service, and the food is fine and reasonably priced. It%26#39;s not gourmet French by any means, but I think you%26#39;ll all enjoy it.
