Walking to Fashion Valley Mall?

Staying in SD in July. Been wondering about something - some reviews of Days Inn - Hotel Circle mention people walking to Fashion Valley Mall. Does that mean they walked across the freeway?

Been trying to figure out how easily they walked there...took a look using Google Earth and didn%26#39;t see crosswalks.

The hotel is on Hotel Circle South. It%26#39;s where I%26#39;ll be staying, too.

Walking to Fashion Valley Mall?

Hotel Circle north and south actually meet under the freeway, so you can get to Fashion Valley that way. It isn%26#39;t a pretty walk by any means, but it%26#39;s relatively accessible to where you are staying. If you walk east on Hotel Circle South, you%26#39;ll see the freeway overpass- keep going until you%26#39;re on Hotel Circle North, then head west. You%26#39;ll make a right on Fashion Valley Road, which will essentially take you right up to the back of the mall, underneath the movie theaters.

Walking to Fashion Valley Mall?

Ww have stayed at Days Inn Hotel Circle South many times, would recommend this property. It%26#39;s located close to the freeway underpass. Once you exit the short underpass , the easiest route to Fashion Valley is to walk straight though the Town %26amp; Country Resort which is immediately in front of you. Cross the little bridge over the river in the rear car park and you are at The Mall. Walking time is about 10 minutes. Alternatively the number 6 bus stops right outside Days Inn every 15 - 20 minutes. That will get you to Fashion Valley in no time at all. Any further information, please ask.
