Tijuana this weekend

I go to Tijuana 2-3 times a year and love it. I was thinking about going this weekend, but am not sure if it鈥檚 a good time to visit due to all the immigration issues lately. After the George Bush speech on Monday there are some flared tempers out there. Is this any reason for concern due to this?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but since you guys are a lot closer to Mexico then I am I thought you%26#39;d have better info.

This won%26#39;t affect you but you might be interested. Yesterday the border was closed for a little over 9 hours after a border guard fired on and killed the driver of an SUV who refused to stop. This is the busiest border crossing in the world, with 40,000 people crossing into the US every day.

I saw that on the news last night, crazy!

My friend walked across the border about 2 weeks ago. The line to walk back into California was still an hour long! It was about 2 in the afternoon.

BTW does anyone know where the casino/sports book is located in Tijuana? I was told it%26#39;s on Revolucion but don鈥檛 know the cross street.

8th and Revolucion but I understand that there is also betting closer to the border crossing. Try googling tijuana sports book.
