We%26#39;re heading out there in about a month, planning to go to the zoo, sea world and then also the beach. We have these 3 days to do it in, which is Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Just wondered when school is out there, how busy its going to be, which day is best to do sea world or the zoo, was thinking of doing the beach on Sunday. Any advice/tips greatly appreciated!
How busy will it be June 16-18th?
School will be out here, except for the year-round schools. Howevre, it%26#39;s not the locals you will be competing with as much as the other visitors. The Del Mar Fair starts June 10th, and that always brings a lot of visitors, particularly to North County, but to the entire area to some degree. As far as the beach, the sunnier it is, the busier the beaches will be. The general rule is to get there as early as possible to get parking spaces. If you%26#39;re staying near the beach, then that isn%26#39;t as big an issue foryou.
If you can get to the zoo or Seaworld on a weekday, as opposed to a weekend, it%26#39;s usually less crowded. If you go on a weekend, again as early as possible is best for shorter lines and the ability to see more animals. I know that on cloudy days, the zoo animals tend to be outside more, so better to see them then. If you get up and notice it%26#39;s cloudy or cooler, you%26#39;ll have better luck at the zoo. But, be sure you bring jackets or sweaters, because the zoo tends to be cool regardless, because of all the plants (more plants than animals, actually) and shaded areas.
I like Seaworld on sunny days, because I like sitting in the ';splash zone'; and that%26#39;s really cold if it%26#39;s not sunny. Regardless, I think you%26#39;ll have a great time.

So Friday or Saturday would be just about the same as far as crowds? I like your weather tip, we%26#39;ll have to keep that in mind when we go.
I would suspect Saturday and Sunday to be about the same as far as crowds; usually week days (Friday) would be somewhat less.
