Early Breakfast near Hotel Rex?

Hi.

In two weeks time (Sat afternoon) we will arrive in San Francisco.

I suspect that because of the time difference (from the UK) we will be up early Sunday morning and would appreciate any recommendations for breakfast near the Hotel Rex before we go off %26amp; do some sightseeing.

Just two blocks from your hotel is the Pinecrest Dinner which is open 24 hours and is one of my favorite place in the neighborhood for a good breakfast. It%26#39;s right on the corner of Geary and Mason streets (your hotel is on Sutter between Mason and Powell and Geary is just two blocks down from Sutter)

Even they are not on the menu, don%26#39;t even think about ordering poached eggs
