Safe Area Motel-Auto Theft

I%26#39;m thinking about visiting Los Angeles for a weekend and staying in a motel hopefully for under $100 a night but would like to know what are some suburbs with very low crime rates, especially auto theft rates. I have a 1992 Honda Accord I%26#39;m worried about being stolen. Distance doesn%26#39;t matter. Any suggestions?

You don%26#39;t indicate when you will be visiting but I would recommend staying in Hollywood at the Hollywood Orchid Suites Hotel. The rooms are within your price range and they offer underground parking. I live in the Hollywood area and have never had a problem with my car being stolen, vandalized or broken into. (I have a 2002 Honda).

Staying in the suburbs isn%26#39;t going to make your vacation any easier or safer. It will just cause you to drive more!
