I%26#39;m just wondering if I could tie a visit to Cabrillo monument onto a day in Corando. Does a ferry from downtown to Coronado also go to Cabarillo? If not, is it relatively easy to get there via some type(s) of public transport? Thanks -
Cabrillo via Coronado?
Cabrillo National Monument is in the Point Loma neighborhod of the city of SanDiego. It is not on Coronado . It is on the ';mainland. You could easily do both by car but the ferry just goes from downtown ,across SanDiego Bay ,to Coronado an dback.
Where are you staying? That will determine if abus route would be available. Otherwise a taxi might be the way to get there.
Cabrillo via Coronado?
Jake, I just realized from reading your other post that you will be staying in MissionBeach. If you have a rental car it would be easy to drive to Cabrillo and then to Coronado.
