Disneyland to San Diego Zoo

I would be staying for 5 days in Anaheim (near Disneyland). I plan to use this hotel as my base for my visit to :

1. Disneyland (3 days)

2. Universal Studio ( 1 day)

3. San Diego Zoo and Underwater World ( 1 day)

Questions :

After a 24 hour flight from Singapore ( i would be arriving LAX @ ~8am), is it advisable to head to Disneyland upon hotel check in?

I plan to buy the California City Pass.

Or, would the jet lag give me a hard time?

once I`m done with Disneyland and Universal Studios, should I move to San Diego and get a hotel there or travel to San Diego from my base in Anaheim using a coach service?

How much does a coach service cost and how long is the ride? Would it take me straight to the Zoo?

If you haveonly 1 day to spend in SanDiego I would not change hotels.

I tis about a 2 hour ride from Anaheim to the SanDiego zoo or Sea World. There are bus tours that will take you to ONE of them for the day. See:www.allanaheimtours.com or www.anaheimtours.com OR you can just search for others. Some ar ejust transportation and some include tickets to the park.
